Return creation wizard app
It comes with the return creation wizard app, which is the central tool for the creation of a return. It supports these processes:
- Return on any earlier made receipt - no matter how it was received, you can return the item to the supplier of the product. Locations from which you can also trigger a return is:
- App:Order info - the central app for viewing the order status or internal orders, procurement orders or customer orders
- App:Receipts management - for warehouse or personal receipts, from which the return process can be triggered
- Return on personal equipment - you can return any good from any equipment item, which is in registered in your personal equipment. This process can be launched from EMA's special actions screen or through this wizard.
Returns management & processing app
The returns management & processing app provides an overview over all inbound and outbound return processes. It is the central tool on the returns receipient's side to perform adequate actions. (refunding, shipment of replacements, ... )
