Team returns details
Team returns details provides insight detail of each return.
Layout
Header pane
Header displays the number and the date of the selected return and offers the user an option to go back to the overview.
- Return details is the main heading
- <return number> from <return date>
- Back button is the button which leads user to the Team returns overview.
Positions pane
Positions are the focal point of the return details page. All positions of return are displayed as blocks containing the following information:
- Product image- first gallery image is displayed
- Product name- which is the combination of product name and variant name, product number and configuration(if there is some) below it
- Return quantity
- Return reason
- Status
- Explanation- displays suppliers comment
- Refund displays total price of return products and below it amounts which will be returned to employee's account
Summery sidebar
Summery sidebar contains information described below:
- Details- is title of the sidebar
- Return- displays return number
- Credit note- displays credit note number
- Creation date- is the date at which the return was created
- Status
- Creator- is the business participant who created the return. This may be the user themselves, but it can also be the assigned team leader
- Org. Unit- displays default Org.Unit of the user for whom return was created
- Account assignment element- displays account assignment element of the user for whom return was created
- Supplier
- Return address- displays suppliers default return address
