The Equipment Management Assitant is a highly specifc guided buying tool, ideal for management of equipment of staff members.

EMA is a core component of ZUGSEIL BEST and can be used in combination with:

  • ZUGSEIL Shop - for staff member self service or to assist internal management through teamleaders or other responsible persons.
  • ZUGSEIL Point of Service (POS) - for external parties to manage equipment of your organization, e.g. as externalized equipment stores

  • Teamleader managed ordering - Dedicated staff may order for your staff members
  • Order over B-Op Network - If you allow external organizations to support you with equipment management of your team, you just have to provide permissions.
  • Supply Chain Transparency - Deep supply chain integration with your supplliers (if they are connected to B-Op Network)
    • Goods availability - At the moment of ordering you will see availability
    • Self inquiry on delivery status - Full integration with fulfillment even to your suppliers
  • Returns management - One of the most complex processes for equipment is returns. We have digitalized this process entirely through EMA together with our WMS
  • Spend management & Cost controlling - Staff costcenter cost attribution for advanced financial controlling
  • Direct handout & local warehouse integration - if you have a decentralized warehouse structure, it can be integrated into your supply chain processes
