This extensions of our shop enriches the shop with assistants, which guide and govern the ordering party through the ordering process. The assistant guides the user throught the ordering process, reducing wrong decisions or enforcing rulesets predefined by the organization.
Personal equipment assistant "PAM"
It comes with a personal equipment assistant ("PAM"), which immediately offers the right products to your staff and keeps track of the equipment history. Also it offers fully digitalized self-service process chains for most common processes of a regular point-of-service, like measuring-in, onboarding, offboarding, returns, exchange, lost&found and many more functions. Like our regular point-of-service, it also offers the power of AI through an automated size recognition services. The Digital Equipment Center SHOP extensions provides your company the potential to significantly reduce spending for operating a real point-of-service and at the same time saves a lot of working-time for your staff and delivers convenience as they can manage their personal equipment from anywhere at any time.
Workplace equipment assistant
Workplace equipment ordering, which can be used to define and manage the workplace equipment. In combination with ZUGSEIL Lifecycle Management (LCM) this is an extremely powerful tool for asset management, e.g. for IT hardware.
Project equipment assistant
Project equipment ordering, which offers shopping lists which are predefined per project type. Example usage scenario: "We have a new project and required equipment for it"
