Every b-op digital selling products to other B-Op Digitals naturally takes the supplier role,. The ZUGSEIL Supplier Suite is a toolset covering which has the potential bring full process digitalization to the business process chains on the supplier side of the trade sphere.

Highlighted capabilities

• In combination with customers using a b-op based procurement tool, like our Procurement Suite, the entire collaboration with customers can be digitalized at no cost.
• Using the Procurement Suite and the Supplier Suite at the same time delivers the first b-op ERP, permitting deep digital integration in both directions of the supply chain without any cost
• Support for nearly all types of product types, no matter how complex your products are. This is inbuilt natively, so even the most complex customization projects will not require costly customization. Aside regular products, which are supported by all available systems, we natively support these types of products
  • products with variants - products, which by default exist in multiple variants and the customer has define the one fitting best
  • modifiable products - products, which can be modified by the customer, e.g. attach a logo, change sleeve length
  • made-to-measure products - products, which are tailored to the body a customer (suits, protective equipment like glasses or ear-protectors)
  • design products - products, which are designed by the customer in the shop and are then produced individually to the so designed product, e.g. like a customer specific car configuration
  • service products - products, which are services and require a specific approach to fulfillment, like Digital Rights Management
  • product bundles - products, which consist of other products
  • product subscriptions - products which are ordered/bill in a recurring way
• Native support for complex process chains coming along with these product types. This makes the Supplier Suite ideal for suppliers of:
  • Mass-Customization providers/manufacturers, which offer products which customers can design themselves
  • Providers/manufacturers for highly customizable products (mass customization), like
    • Corporate Fashion (CF) providers/manufacturers
    • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) providers/manufacturers
    • Made-To-Measure providers/manufacturers (Suites, Shirts, Furniture, ...)
    • Service product providers (Laundry, Refurbishing, Maintenance, ... )
  • Servicing companies for these products (laundries, refurbishing sites, ... )

In total, this results in two major benefits for our customers:

Currently corporate fashion/ppw are two business areas which come with a high level of product complexity and strong need for digital customer integration. Included Service Bundles

By default the Supplier-Suite includes all service-bundles which are required to perform the processes required on the suppliers side to cater customers in the procure-to-pay and return-to-refund processes. Therefore these service-bundles are included:

• ZUGSEIL basic customer management (basic BCM) - for managing customers and their orders
• ZUGSEIL Product Information Management (PIM) - for managing products
• ZUGSEIL Point of Service (POS) - managing a store which is a point of service for internal or external users of equipment, which needs to be handed out, customized or serviced.
• ZUGSEIL Warehouse Management System (WMS) - a full warehousing software with advanced fulfillment functionality
• ZUGSEIL Bookkeeping Tools (BKT) - for handling the billing and payment processes

Extension bundles are typically not required, but can be booked as extension packages when required
