This service-bundle contains all functionality to operate a point of service for the equipment of their staff members. It supports common processes like onboarding, fitting or try-on, returns, servicing and maintainance amongst many more.
It also integrates with ZUGSEIL LCM on products require lifecycle tracking. Typical users of POS-EQ are:
- companies having a lot of staff operating their own points of service
- third parties, which offer the service to companies as outsourcing.
Main processes
- Employee onboarding with equipment - This is a special process focussed on providing the initial equipment in a structured way
- Hand-out/Pick-Up of preordered equipment - This is for home ordering which requires pickup for specific items
- Return & Exchange & Servicing of equipment items - This is for companies which offer a service point, where items can be exchanged, serviced or returned.
