ZUGSEIL GET and ZUGSEIL BEST form together the ZUGSEIL shopping portal. While ZUGSEIL BEST accommodates the standard catalogue environment, ZUGSEIL GET addresses the context-based ordering. A context-based ordering comes into play when articles cannot be found by the employee in the provided catalogue(s).
The context-based ordering is structured as follows:
- Assisted Buying: AI-supported recommendations of (alternative) products from the catalogue to employee
- Spot Buy Desk: If no product is available in the catalogue and the purchasing volume is, e.g., <20k€, the employee follows the instructions as provided by the category cards*
- Strategic Sourcing: If no product is available in the catalogue and the purchasing volume is, e.g., >20k€, procurement team conducts the sourcing activities to obtain the required products (e.g., RFX)
