By providing a completely new scope of digitization across business borders without the requirement for development interfaces between partners, we provide unqiue advantages to our customers. There are only interfaces needed for legacy systems that cannot be replaced by b-op-based solutions.

Even our standard software packages can manage the most sophisticated product types due to the polymorphic product model of the b-op. Through these, we help our customers with the supply chain's most complex procedures going digital: no matter where in the chain from the purchase of raw materials through final consumer sales.

Our DNA supports mass customization, enabling configurable products and unique configuration procedures throughout the entire supply chain.

Individual digital trade ecosystems

At the moment, we are focusing on enabling customers to build their own digital trade ecosystems for free, enabling even small and medium businesses to get a digital dividend without huge investment.

Once a customer has created its own digital ecosystem, he can use ZUGSEIL tools to easily establish business processes integration accross company borders, without any dependency on central services operated by us. b-op is a peer to peer network technology, which does no longer require central service nodes or interfaces to be built between the peers. This means for our customers less cost and less dependency on software vendors or data brokers. Transaction costs reduce to zero!

Since we operate on a distributed system, it made no sense for ZUGSEIL to operate a central marketplace as many of our ERP competitors do. Instead, we allow our customers with our products to easily build their own collaborative supply chain-ecosystems including their own marketplaces with very little effort wherever they want in the internet. In this way, they can keep data sovereignty and invite only partners on the customer or suppliers side to participate in their own digital trade ecosystem.

Procurement specialist

Our procurement solutions are capable of supporting B2B/B2C und B2B2C environments. We have developed a sophisticated set of guided buying tools, which allow our customers to reduce the error rate and time investment for staff significantly through a broad variety of tools. E.g. our BEST product, helps our customers to support their staff with procuring their equipment with a zero error rate and minimal time effort.

Product-Levels

ZUGSEIL has three levels of products:

• Comfort level products (turquoise), which are prebundled and are sold as cloud-service to our customers. The complexity of these products is optimized to work with minimal or no training. In the case that support is required, knowledge can be acquired through the internet.
• Sport level products (green), which provide unrestricted flexibility with all features of our standard products. Using these products typically goes along with training and regular support which are provided by our project partner companies, like m-pioneers.com.
• Racing level products (yellow), which mean that the customer wants to go to the edges of our product (and beyond). We depend on customers in this mode, as customer-driven innovation was always the key to our success. Running projects in this mode is always associated with direct collaboration with us and one of our project partners.

Ranging from the users on the client side, sales consultants and implementing project managers from a project partner company to the developers on our own team. We believe that this holistic approach can help for better communication between all these parties. You can read up in this article on the basic structure of this wiki.

Over the last 25 years ZUGSEIL has been looking into various product groups and tried to understand the specifics of these, because we have learned early that the full digital dividend will only happen to our customers, when all processes are entirely covered and the interacting parties communicate digitally. Most vendors believe that proper handling of the Procure-To-Pay or Source-To-Pay Processes do the trick, but the real value for our customers requires the entire fulfillment and lifecycle processes of all products to be implemented. With old fashioned systems this takes tons of interfaces, which is very expensive. Most standard-interface-systems like EDI are not even close to being capable of achieving this. So we are very proud to say that we deliver exactly this value with our products being based on the B-Op technology, enabling our customers to fully integrate their processes with all partners in your companies unique ecosystem without huge IT investments to be made.
