This module is made for fulfilling services in general, which are either triggered by
- internal maintenance requests or schedules created as part of lifecycle mangement
- customer orders e.g. placed in a point of service or online shop.
The service starts with the arrival of goods at the fulfillment site (maintenance site) or the service technician being close (out-of-house service) to the product
