The Equipment Management Assitant is a highly specifc guided buying tool, ideal for management of equipment of staff members. It comes with a large set of features to support personal equipment management

- Advanced reporting/controlling features - Full transparency as EMA keeps all data like a bank

- Rule based assignment - the current budget is automatically computed based on HR data ( job profile, job commitment level, gender, ...)
- Multiple parallel budgets
- Budget transformation - when switching between budgets in case of change of job profile
- Staff member sizes & measures & customizations
- Management of size information
- Product customization and individualization for staff member
- AI based body measure capturing - in combination with ZUGSEIL Digital Fit (ZDF)
