The more the inter-company processes are digitalized, the more value is generated for the customer and the supplier side!
Since 2016 in an ideal world, all business participants can have their own b-op digital and are fully and digitally integrated at no cost. But the Procure-To-Pay (P2P) process chain has been around way before 2016 and has been target for digitalization for long time. As a result of this legacy software exists for this process chain, each with a lot of customers which can not just switch to a b-op based system at once, but must ways to at least partially use the benefits instead before a migration project can start. For exactly this purpose we have developed the ZUGSEIL Catalog Hub and ZUGSEIL P2P Hub. These tools enable digitals based on b-op to interact with not b-op based parties by leveraging legacy systems and technologies.
Digital and analog catalogs are the main tool to communicate on products with other business participants (e.g. customers or suppliers). ZUGSEIL offers powerful functionality of creation and maintenance of catalogs. For partners, which also operate based on b-op these catalogs can be propagated or used seamlessly via the b-op network.
