The Equipment Management Assitant is a highly specifc guided buying tool, ideal for management of equipment of staff members. It comes with a large set of features to support personal equipment management:

  • Order over B-Op Network - If you allow external organizations to support you with equipment management of your team, you just have to provide permissions.
  • Supply Chain Transparency - Deep supply chain integration with your supplliers (if they are connected to B-Op Network)
    • Goods availability - At the moment of ordering you will see availability
    • Self inquiry on delivery status - Full integration with fulfillment even to your suppliers
  • Returns management - One of the most complex processes for equipment is returns. We have digitalized this process entirely through EMA together with our WMS

Dependencies

EMA is a core component of ZUGSEIL BEST and can be used in combination with:
