ZUGSEIL Fulfillment Tools are delivering all fulfillment functionalities to interact with partners in simple to very complex supply chains scenarios.
Highlighted capabilities
- In combination with our ZUGSEIL Procurement Tools , the entire collaboration with customers can be digitalized at no cost.
- Using the Procurement Suite and the Supplier Suite at the same time delivers the first b-op ERP, permitting deep digital integration in both directions of the supply chain without any cost

Included Service Bundles
By default the Supplier-Suite includes all service-bundles which are required to perform the processes required on the suppliers side to cater customers in the procure-to-pay and return-to-refund processes. Therefore these service-bundles are included:
- ZUGSEIL basic customer management (basic BCM) - for managing customers and their orders
- ZUGSEIL Product Information Management (PIM) - for managing products
- ZUGSEIL Point of Service (POS) - managing a store which is a point of service for internal or external users of equipment, which needs to be handed out, customized or serviced.
- ZUGSEIL Bookkeeping Tools (BKT) - for handling the billing and payment processes

Extension bundles are typically not required, but can be booked as extension packages when required
