ZUGSEIL TILA

Our TILA product is a tool which allows the operation of a Point of Sale. It can run standalone for real shop operations or can be used integrated with ZUGSEIL ACCELERATE for delivering intra company service-point solutions. Especially for inter-company purchasing, where employees have to visit points-of-sale of suppliers to receive their goods, this toolset offers unique functionality like:
- Reverse personal ordering - purchase orders can be made on the requesting side. Before anything is shipped this results in a purchase order on the staff side and a customer order on the vendor side. This ensures full digital integration and realization of "no PO no pay" principle. Also the entire digital P2P chain is
- Reverse ordering - staff data stays at the organizations, but is temporarily used and editable for purchase order creation
Workplace equipment assistant
- Workplace equipment ordering assistant - which can be used to define and manage the workplace equipment. In combination with ZUGSEIL CIRA, which delivers asset management, this is an extremely powerful tool for asset management, e.g. for IT hardware.
Project equipment assistant
- Project equipment ordering assistant - which offers shopping lists which are predefined per project type. Example usage scenario: "We have a new project and required equipment for it"
